REcreation program needs assessment survey

Help shape the future of recreation in Crystal. This surve3y is designed to gather feedback from community members of all ages about our recreation programs, barriers to participation and ideas for new opportunities. Whether you currently participate in our programs or not, your input is essential.

The information collected will be used to guide planning, prioritize resources and develop programs, events and services that better reflect the interests, schedules and needs of our community.

This survey should take approximately 10 minutes to complete. Thank you for taking the time to share you feedback, your voice directly impacts the director of recreation in Crystal.

ONLINE
It’s EASY to register! All online registration participants will need to have a family account established with the recreation department. Set up your account in just a few simple steps.

Step 1: Go to go.crystalmn.gov/register and click “Create an Account”.
Step 2: Complete the information.
Step 3: Begin registering for fun and exciting Crystal Recreation programs.

IN PERSON
If you would like to register in person, staff are available Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. at the Crystal Community Center.
