The City of Crystal seeks community or neighborhood groups to join its Adopt-a-Park Program.
The program requires a minimum of two clean up visits to a specific park location in a one-year period, and/or provide a "Park Watch" service on a year round basis. Park sites are chosen on a first-come first-serve basis. The city provides pickers, buckets, bags and gloves for group leaders.
The program is open to community groups, civic organizations, churches, families and individual citizens and fits nicely with groups looking for community service projects and neighborhood groups who want to clean up and beautify Crystal's parks.
For more information or to participate in the Adopt-a-Park Program, call the Crystal Recreation Department at 763-531-0052 or email.
