Schedule Subject to Change
Changes will be posted at the community center. The recreation department reserves the right to terminate any open gym program based on lack of participation. All open gyms meet at the Crystal Community Center (4800 Douglas Drive) unless noted.
Adult Open Gym Pickleball
Individuals age 18+ are welcome to play during this open gym time. 2-6 courts are generally available for play. All skill levels welcome. No pre-registration is required. Youth may be in the gymnasium under direct adult supervision only. The supervising adult may not be actively playing pickleball. View more information at the Crystal Pickleball page.
Open Gym Volleyball
All skill levels are welcome at this drop-in open gym time. For individuals age 18 years+. Children are not permitted during adult open gyms. No pre-set teams allowed. Offered at the Crystal Community Center and Forest Elementary School gyms. View more information at the Open Gym Volleyball Page.
Youth Open Gyms
Have no specific activity planned. Children (grades 3-12) are not required to stay on site; they may come and go from the gym and the community center. Ages will be separated if possible. Only one gym is available.
Preschool Playtime
Come jump, crawl, build and have a good time. A variety of play areas will be set up in the gyms for children 5 and under. Adult participation required. One adult can supervise up to four children. Purchase a punch card with ten punches and save. Punch cards purchased online can be picked up at the Crystal Community Center. No charge for adults.
