Bring a yoga mat or towel. 
Class is taught by PR Brady, am E-RYT 200 Yoga Instructor with training/certifications in Restorative Yoga, Chair, Yin, Trauma Informed, and Somatically Oriented Yin. Registered with the Yoga Alliance, #270342.

Practice will support present moment experiences through yoga shapes, gentle breathwork and basic forms of meditation with plenty of choices in how to move, breathe and connect along the way.
