A new tradition begins! In 2026, the Crystal Recreation Department launches the season with the Kickoff to Summer Celebration. This one-day celebration marks the official start of the Crystal Frolics summer events and specials, counting down to Crystal Frolics weekend.

Bring your friends, gather the family, and head to Becker Park for a day of summer energy and community pride. Enjoy a festive atmosphere filled with community-friendly games and activities, local business & market vendors, food trucks & refreshments, and plenty of opportunities to relax, play, and connect.

This one-day celebration marks the start of summer activities and events in Crystal, your invitation to get outside, support local vendors, and celebrate everything that makes Crystal a great place to live, play, and gather.
